In the heart of the Ardennes, the Ferme Des Bisons estate ensures a diversified and quality agriculture on the 100 ha of the estate. A typical and atypical infrastructure, a preserved green setting give our guests a change of scene for a day or a stay.
A true haven of peace welcoming families to meet and companies to find inspiration.
Located between Bastogne and Houffalize, close to the Ravel Bastogne-Wiltz, the estate is an ideal place to stop, eat and stay. We look forward to welcoming you in August, to enjoy our restaurant indoors or on the terrace, and our wagon tours to discover the bison.

RESTAURANT
A large outdoor terrace and the bar offer you the ideal setting to enjoy the quietness of the Ardennes nature, but also to have a drink or a snack in the afternoon. The kitchen favours fresh products associated with the meat of our bison. We grow some of our vegetables in our vegetable garden and offer a varied menu as well as suggestions for children and vegetarians.

The wagon tour in the bison prairie will allow you to discover the plains bison, which was a characteristic animal of North America and a symbol for many Amerindian cultures.

Tout l’année, les 5 gîtes vous accueillent dans un espace tout confort pour profiter d'un cadre atypique et d’un écrin de verdure préservé au carrefour de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée. Lors de la période d’ouverture au tourisme (août 2024) il est également possible de réserver des chambres individuelles.

Our animals are raised outdoors in a 100% natural way. We guarantee our consumers high-quality, tasty and tender meat. It is a meat with exceptional gustative and dietetic qualities: naturally lean, tender, rich in proteins, Omega 3, iron and other nutrients in balance thanks to their natural diet. It is also a meat that contains little cholesterol.

The lodgings with its individual rooms, the large hall, the bar, and its reception rooms are available for events and offer all the conveniences essential for large private or public events.

The "teambuildingers" work in the seminar rooms, the more relaxed ones relax in front in the living room or around the billiard table, the children have fun in the garden or in the playrooms, and the more festive ones have an aperitif around the bar.
