This gîte consists of a very spacious living room with games table, Hi-fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen bar with dining area, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed and 1 double bed on the mezzanine), 3 of which have a washbasin, 1 bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin and WC), 1 shower room (shower and WC), 1 separate WC.
LE RANCH

Large capacity gîte, all comfort, fitted out in old farm buildings, typical wooden facade. This gîte consists of a large authentic living room with "western" bar, Hi-fi, TV-video, large "Horeca" kitchen, 3 separate toilets, central heating, 10 bedrooms in total.
CONDITIONS:
The weekend starts on Friday at 5 p.m. and ends on Sunday evening or Monday morning (extra charge for a departure on Monday morning). The week begins on Friday 5 pm and ends the following Friday at 10 am. When booking, we ask you to pay a 40% deposit to account no. 194-3118081-16, the balance to be paid 20 days before the start of the booking period. A reservation will therefore be closed once the deposit has been paid. But the reservation is cancelled if the payment of the deposit has not reached us within 10 days. In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason whatsoever, the deposit will never be refunded and the balance will remain due unless the owner or the tenant can provide a new client. The accommodation is provided for a number of people corresponding to the number of beds. The occupant will not be allowed to bring any animal into the premises without the agreement of the owner. He undertakes to cover the mattresses with fitted sheets, pillows with pillowcases, and duvets with duvet covers. If he uses a sleeping bag, he undertakes to cover the mattress and pillow with sheets and pillowcases. He also undertakes to occupy the premises as a good father. The guarantee must be given when the keys are handed over and will be returned within 30 days after inventory of fixtures and deduction of possible damages.
