The weekend starts on Friday at 5 p.m. and ends on Sunday evening or Monday morning (extra charge for a departure on Monday morning). The week begins on Friday at 5 p.m. and ends the following Friday at 10 a.m. The reservation form is to be returned to the address indicated on it. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you as soon as we receive it. When booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% to account no. 194-3118081-16, the balance to be paid 20 days before the start of the booking period. A reservation will therefore be firm once the deposit has been paid. But the reservation is cancelled if the payment of the deposit has not reached us within 10 days. In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason whatsoever, the deposit will never be refunded and the balance will remain due unless the owner or the tenant can provide a new client. The accommodation is provided for a number of people corresponding to the number of beds. The occupant will not be allowed to bring any animal into the premises without the owner's agreement. He undertakes to cover the mattresses with fitted sheets, pillows with pillowcases, and duvets with duvet covers. If he uses a sleeping bag, he undertakes to cover the mattress and pillow with sheets and pillowcases. He also undertakes to occupy the premises as a good father. The guarantee must be given when the keys are handed over and will be returned within 30 days after inventory of fixtures and deduction of possible damages.
